![]() ".So there is a 8x maneuvering thruster array – just the 4 back thrusters are actually the engines that do double duty." In an additional mail later it was clarified that the TR3 are supposed to do double duty as maneuvering thrusters, $110 starting price was laughable and it should have been $80 max.Īlso, it is nowhere near the Constellation as that one has more crew, more guns, more missiles, greater thrust (4xTR6 max), greater maneuverability (8xTR3), a lot more cargo space, bigger powerplant, bigger shields and a second fighter.Īnd when comparing the full specs all contestants got through mail, the Gunship turned out to be remarkably similar to the Freelancer:Ĭargo Capacity - 15 tonnes (to be used for cargo or troops)ġ Class 4 (pilot's controlled turret - two class 1 mounts, size 3) And even so, I can't help it if people actually paid $165 for a Hornet variant as the Hornet was ridiculously overpriced to begin with imo. I thought $165 was the price of the Super Hornet not single seat. $50 million for CIG is already in the books. They will be able to rack in another million dollars easy when they release this ship along with the Constellation variants and Cutlass variants. I predict a release price starting at $225 followed by an upgrade option for $50 plus to include some hangar option, etc. ![]() ![]() CIG knows they have the hooks in their backers with this ship and we will see many people rage about the price but this ship is going to be on par with the Constellation. This ship is going to be pushing close too if not starting at $250 easy. That is roughly the same price as a single seat Hornet with a upgrade attached. There is no way that CIG is going to let the Redeemer go for only $150-$165. ![]()
